This site describes the consulting and development services offered by TechBony and lets you make an enquiry. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side.

Any engagement is governed by a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. That document controls scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, intellectual property, and confidentiality. Where it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement prevails.

You and TechBony agree that the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website.
